Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Alanya Sunrise Homes (Mümin Kaygusuz) as the data controller, within the scope described below. Personal data we process
Your full name, phone number, email address and message content that you send us via the contact form, phone or WhatsApp, together with the IP address and date recorded for security purposes when a form is submitted.
Purposes of processing
To respond to your information and sales enquiries, to inform you about our projects, to arrange appointments and visits, and to keep the form secure and prevent misuse.
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing that is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
Transfers
Your data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to our business partners in Turkey that provide hosting and email services, and to public authorities that are legally entitled to request it.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as required by the relevant legislation or by the purpose of processing after your request has been concluded, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. You can send your requests to info@sunrisevipresidence.com.
